€1,338.00
[Detailed Itinerary]
Day 1: Reykjavík → Golden Circle → Tomato Farm → Vik
Depart from Reykjavík in the morning for a tour of the Golden Circle. 【Thingvellir National Park】 is Iceland’s only site designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the former site of the Icelandic Althing. 【The Geyser】 erupts for about 1 to 2 minutes at a time before gradually subsiding. This cycle repeats endlessly, creating a truly magnificent spectacle. 【Golden Falls】features two tiers of cascades; the water plunges down with great force and a roaring roar, rushing into the valley. When illuminated by sunlight, the spray from the falls refracts a rainbow, radiating a golden glow—hence the waterfall’s name. Next, we’ll visit the 【Friðheimar Tomato Farm】 to tour Iceland’s unique geothermal greenhouses, sample organic tomatoes, and admire the adorable and gentle Icelandic horses. That evening, we’ll stay in a small town near Vík.
*Weather permitting, you may be able to see the Northern Lights near the hotel that evening.
Friendly Reminder:
*If you need an airport shuttle, please allow plenty of time and include the date, flight number, and hotel name in the order notes.*
Tips for Visiting Iceland in Winter
Clothing Guide (Warmth ~ Rain Protection ~ Wind Protection ~ Lightweight)
Iceland’s climate is quite different from what most people are used to. Located in the Arctic, it experiences highly variable weather, with frequent storms in winter. When wind and rain set in during the winter, temperatures can plummet to several degrees below zero, making a down jacket essential. When packing clothes, prioritize warmth and look for items that are both windproof and waterproof.
Iceland is windy year-round, so be sure to wear a hat and a scarf to keep your head and neck warm; gloves are also essential.
Sunglasses or eyeglasses can effectively reduce eye damage caused by snow and strong winds.
Dressing Tips:
Layer 1: A lightweight, thermal base layer set (long-sleeved undershirt and long underwear); quick-dry ski clothing is also a good option;
Layer 2: Fleece jackets and lightweight down liners;
Third Layer: A down jacket, a softshell or hardshell waterproof and windproof jacket, or a ski jacket are all suitable options. Make sure the layers can be easily stacked for adjustability; bright, vibrant colors make for better photos.
Footwear: If possible, please bring outdoor hiking boots (mid- to high-top), which provide effective warmth, protection from rain, and slip resistance, and help protect your ankles.
Swimsuits: Blue Lake Hot Springs requires swimsuits, and some of the hotels where you’ll be staying offer free communal hot baths (similar to small hot springs), so be sure to bring one.
Payment: You won’t need a large amount of cash; 100 euros per person should be sufficient, excluding optional activities.
Credit Cards: We strongly recommend bringing one. Most local shops, restaurants, convenience stores, public transportation, and taxis accept credit cards, including public restrooms (if you have a credit card, you won’t need to carry Icelandic króna in cash).
Meeting Point:
Day 1: Reykjavík

Day 2: Vík → Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon → Diamond Beach → Blue Ice Cave/Glacier Lagoon Boat Tour → Vík
After breakfast, we’ll head to 【Jegushalon Glacial Lake】 and 【Diamond Beach】. On clear days, the sunlight reflecting off the ice on the beach creates a dazzling glow, making it shine as brightly as sparkling diamonds. Depending on the weather and schedule, you may also opt to participate in the following activity at your own expense the 【Blue Ice Cave Adventure】 (available only from November to April; from May to October, this is replaced by the 【Glacial Lake Boat Tour】). As we make our way to the ice cave, we’ll traverse ever-changing glacial landscapes, admiring deep crevasses and incredible ice formations. After the glacier hike, we’ll arrive at the mysterious Blue Ice Cave (the specific cave visited will be selected based on actual conditions each time). The cave was formed naturally, and its shape changes every year—which is precisely what makes it so captivating. That evening, we’ll stay at a hotel in Vik or the surrounding area.
*Weather permitting, you may be able to see the Northern Lights near the hotel that evening.
Friendly Reminder:
Blue ice caves are a rare, naturally occurring phenomenon that can only be seen in winter, when temperatures drop below freezing and the river water beneath the ice freezes solid. Each year, caves with vastly different characteristics form in various locations. Depending on the conditions and safety considerations at the time, we will select one natural ice cave to visit during our tour.
*The Blue Ice Cave Expedition requires a second confirmation of the location

Day 3: Vík → South Coast Scenery → Reykjavík
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to the 【Eldhraun Lava Field】, formed by lava flows following a volcanic eruption. We’ll pass through the small town of 【Vik】 at the southern tip of Iceland’s main island. Perched atop a hill in this town is a charming little church with a red roof—it’s both cute and romantic. The next stop is the well-known 【Reynis Black Sand Beach】 on the south coast, where the basalt columns on the beach make for a fantastic photo spot. Afterward, we’ll head to the 【DC-3 Plane Wreck】 (optional activity), which has an apocalyptic vibe. Although the plane wreckage resulted from an aviation accident, the fact that there were no casualties has created this unique, man-made landscape. The aircraft fuselage, weathered by the elements, is gradually falling apart, yet it possesses a desolate beauty. Next, we’ll drive to the two major waterfalls in the south—【Seljalandsfoss】 and 【Skógafoss】—to experience the magnificent yet gentle scenery of the region. Don’t forget to admire the waterfalls from different angles to discover their unique vistas.

Today’s itinerary in Iceland is up to you—you can relax and unwind at the Blue Lagoon, head out to sea to spot whales, or explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula to take in its breathtaking scenery…
Recommended Itinerary: One-Day Tour of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula
The Snæfellsnes Peninsula is located in western Iceland, bordered to the north by Breiðafjörður and Varmarfjörður, and bordered to the south by Fáxafjörður, lying to the left of the Borgarfjörður valley. It is a narrow peninsula extending from the Icelandic mainland into the North Atlantic, approximately 100 kilometers long, shaped like a clenched fist. The peninsula features varied geology and diverse landscapes, including high-altitude lakes, glaciers, volcanoes, sheer cliffs, and green meadows and tundra… The scenery is magnificent and ever-changing, showcasing nearly all of Iceland’s geological and topographical wonders, earning it the reputation as “Iceland in miniature.” Its exquisitely crafted and mesmerizing natural landscapes have made it the first certified “Green Earth Area” in Iceland and indeed in all of Europe. The French science fiction author Jules Verne even likened the Snæfell volcano on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula to a gateway to the center of the Earth in his masterpiece *Journey to the Center of the Earth*.

Recommended Itinerary: Whale Watching in Reykjavík
If there’s one experience you shouldn’t miss on a trip to Iceland, it’s definitely 【whale watching】—a unique activity that’s fun for all ages. Departing from Reykjavík, a three-hour boat trip will take you out to sea to experience Iceland’s rich and magical wildlife. The waters around Reykjavík are home to many species of whales, as well as a variety of fish and birds, year-round. Common whale sightings include minke whales and humpback whales, and white-beaked dolphins and Atlantic porpoises are also frequent companions on whale-watching trips. Each of these species has its own unique characteristics, but all are equally captivating. This novel and exhilarating whale-watching experience will be the perfect finale to your trip to Iceland!

Our company assumes no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the registration information provided by the individual; After successful submission, our company will send you an order confirmation. Failure to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal from the tour, and our company reserves the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour participants must ensure that they pay the full tour fee for 100% within the order reservation period, provided that the tour group has been confirmed to depart; Due to limited availability of tour bus seats and hotel rooms, and given that hotel room reservations often have time-sensitive requirements, participants who register within five business days prior to the tour’s departure must proactively complete payment in a timely manner. 3. Our company will confirm your participation in the tour upon receipt of your payment. Three days before the tour departs, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration, which will include information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off locations for your reference; Due to network delays or spam filters, participants may not receive the tour confirmation notice 3 days before departure. If this occurs, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. Our company’s default policy is to pair guests of the same gender in shared rooms. When arranging hotel room types based on participants’ requests at the time of registration, if there are single travelers or an odd number of guests (e.g., 3, 5, 7, etc.), we will arrange shared rooms according to the actual situation. If you do not wish to accept the shared room arrangement, you may choose to pay the additional single-room supplement. In special circumstances—such as during peak travel seasons when individual hotels have insufficient room availability or due to other uncontrollable factors—room types may be subject to change; tour participants must cooperate with our company’s arrangements. If on-site room assignments do not meet a participant’s requirements due to an incorrect gender or room type specified during registration, our company will coordinate and make specific arrangements based on the availability of remaining rooms on the day of check-in; any additional costs incurred as a result shall be borne by the participant.
Note: For travelers who are sharing a room but do not know each other—even if arranged by our company—the personal conduct and behavior of such travelers are in no way the responsibility of our company. In the event of any cultural differences or disputes, neither our company nor the tour guide is obligated to mediate or intervene.
5. If a tour participant needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must proactively request this at the time of registration or before joining the tour and sign a “Statement of Early Departure.” For each night of accommodation not used, a deduction of 30 euros will be applied (50 euros per night if a single room was booked for the entire trip); if no hotel stays are missed, no reduction will be applied to the tour fee; If a tour participant requests to leave the tour midway during the trip, they must proactively inform the tour guide and sign the “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration Form”; fees paid will not be refunded. 10. Applicants are strongly advised not to book any airline tickets or other transportation tickets related to the tour itinerary on their own before their participation in the tour has been confirmed. If an applicant books such tickets based on their own initiative but is ultimately unable to successfully register for the tour, the applicant shall bear all resulting losses.
11. 5. When traveling, please check the local weather and keep children safe.
6. If a tour participant voluntarily engages in high-risk activities included in a regular tour itinerary—such as rock climbing, mountaineering, whitewater rafting, scuba diving, bungee jumping, and other activities that may result in personal injury—any resulting disputes, property damage, or personal injury shall be the sole responsibility of the tour participant, and our company shall not be held liable.

In the event of cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid by tour participants or recommend a similar alternative; we shall not be held liable for any cancellation of the itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major infectious disease outbreaks, natural disasters, acts of God, disturbances, murders, riots, war, or other catastrophic events beyond the Company’s control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour participants, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transportation issues, or strikes, the Company reserves the right to cancel or substitute any tour activity prior to or after departure, and to shorten or extend the itinerary, provided that tour participants are notified in advance. The Company shall not be held liable for any additional expenses or losses resulting therefrom, and tour participants may not use such circumstances as grounds to object or withdraw from the tour.

If this disrupts the normal itinerary of other tour members, the participant shall be liable for appropriate compensation.
6. If a tour participant experiences an accident during the trip (such as an accident occurring while participating in recreational or game activities, or illness, death, a fall, or injury resulting from personal activities, or a violation of the regulations and guidelines stated in our company’s terms and conditions) that results in personal injury, death, or property damage, the participant shall bear all related liability and expenses; Our company shall bear no responsibility for such injuries, fatalities, or property damage; should our company incur any losses as a result, the tour member shall be liable for compensation.

Fees paid will not be refunded, and the Company assumes no responsibility for any actions taken by that participant after leaving the group.
8. All times listed in the itinerary are approximate. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various unforeseeable circumstances, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If tour participants have subsequent travel plans requiring them to take other modes of transportation to other cities, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconvenience caused by delays or disruptions to their itinerary. Our company assumes no responsibility for any losses incurred during self-arranged itineraries resulting from participants’ failure to allow sufficient buffer time.
(5) Safety Guidelines for Travel Abroad and Other Important Notes
I. Important Reminder
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts, so students are advised to bring their student ID cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany); if necessary, please bring your own adapter plugs.
3. For safety reasons, European bus companies require that children of all ages occupy a seat; Since most tour buses do not provide child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 years of age are advised to bring their own. However, please note that one child safety seat can only occupy one seat on the bus, so we cannot guarantee that all personally brought safety seats will be compatible with the tour bus.
II. Safety Guidelines
衣
1. The weather in Europe can be unpredictable, so be sure to bring a raincoat and a warm jacket.
2. Please take good care of your personal belongings and luggage; the company assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact information on your luggage for identification purposes and to facilitate its return if it is found. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as hotels or airlines) as soon as possible and report it to the police. If the luggage cannot be recovered, be sure to keep the police report to file a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you have purchased insurance).
食
1. Hotel Breakfast: In Europe, it is customary to have a simple breakfast; hotel breakfasts typically consist only of bread, coffee, tea, and juice. All hotels arranged by our agency include a buffet breakfast;
2. Bring bottled water and snacks with you in case of an emergency, especially for the elderly and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and under no circumstances should you eat food that is unsanitary or has an unusual odor or has gone bad;
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To prevent health issues caused by changes in climate and environment while traveling, be sure to bring any medications you regularly use or are accustomed to taking. If you have a chronic medical condition, you should carry your medical records in case of an emergency. Never take medication provided by others without consulting a doctor first.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange for alcohol consumption. Tour participants who enjoy drinking should strictly limit their alcohol intake during the trip. In the event of excessive drinking, disorderly conduct, disruption of public order, infringement upon others’ rights, or financial loss to third parties, the person responsible shall bear full liability.
住
1. Hotel Amenities:
① European cities tend to be smaller, and the number of hotels in city centers is extremely limited; moreover, these hotels are generally small and have outdated facilities, falling short of the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so please bring your own toiletries.
③ Be sure to check that the amenities provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, please report it immediately to a hotel staff member or your tour guide.
④ Due to various factors—such as environmental considerations, the long history of these establishments, and Europe’s relatively cool climate—many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Hotels in Italy tend to be older, and they generally provide blankets, which are usually stored in the closet in your room. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥ If you need one, please bring your own compact travel hair dryer.
⑦ German-style double beds typically consist of one large bed with two sets of bedding; whether guests prefer one large bed or two single beds, this bed configuration is common throughout most of Europe.
2. Hotel Dining:
① European hotels do not provide hot drinking water in their guest rooms.
② Please be mindful of your food—don’t waste it, and don’t take any home.
③ Since breakfast hours vary from hotel to hotel in Europe, please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early, in accordance with the hotel’s schedule, to avoid missing out on breakfast due to late arrival caused by personal circumstances.
④ There is a certain gap between hotel dining in these countries and that in China. Breakfasts are relatively simple (German breakfasts are quite substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are not particularly lavish either; both the quantity and quality fall significantly short of domestic standards.
3. Safety Tips for Hotel Stays:
① Please keep your valuables secure at all times. Do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, expensive watches, or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and personal belongings safe, and carry a set of photocopies of your travel documents and credit cards in case you need to apply for replacements if they are lost. Our company assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in your hotel room; any fines imposed by the hotel as a result will be the responsibility of the person at fault.
③ After checking into the hotel, you should review the hotel’s safety guidelines, check whether the windows in your room can be opened, locate the fire safety equipment, and familiarize yourself with the hotel’s emergency exits, the locations of the fire escapes, and the evacuation routes.
④ Do not casually disclose the name of your hotel or your room number to strangers. Do not allow strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff to enter your room without permission. Always lock your door when entering or leaving your room. Before going to sleep, make sure your door and window are closed and that the security lock is engaged. It is best to keep your belongings close to you rather than near the window or in other exposed areas.
⑤ When tour members staying at a hotel need to go out, they should inform the tour guide and pick up a business card from the hotel front desk. The card contains the hotel’s address and phone number; if they get lost, they can use the address on the card to ask for help.
行
1. Getting on and off the bus:
① All tour participants must arrive on time for the meeting and departure. Please arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait for latecomers. Participants who fail to meet at the agreed-upon time and location for departure, or who are unable to join the tour en route, will be considered to have voluntarily withdrawn from the tour, and no refunds will be issued.
② The boarding and disembarking times listed on this webpage are estimated. The specific boarding and disembarking locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (In the event that our bus is unable to arrive at the boarding location on time due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, or if there are last-minute changes to the schedule, we will notify you promptly. Please be patient and wait.)
③ Passenger buses are divided into three types: large buses, medium-sized buses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large buses generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while medium-sized buses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. Given the limited space in the luggage compartments, we recommend that you avoid bringing too much luggage when traveling. Our company will arrange transportation based on the final group size to ensure one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at tourist attractions, bus parking areas in most European cities are located some distance from the attractions. Drivers are not permitted to park arbitrarily, and violators will be subject to heavy fines. In some cases, the boarding and alighting points may be a short distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all tour members for their understanding.
2. Safety Tips for Riding a Bus:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
② Please do not bring any prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with any items in the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the bus is making a temporary stop, please follow the tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When tour members get off the bus to sightsee, dine, or shop, please make sure to close the bus windows and keep your valuables with you at all times; the travel agency assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft.
⑥ Since the trip is very long and the vehicle will be carrying a heavy load along the way, if the vehicle breaks down and disrupts the itinerary, the travel agency will take prompt remedial action; we ask that tour members cooperate fully.
III. Other Information and Precautions
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the necessary documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the instructions of the group leader or tour guide and avoid straying from the group to ensure your safety.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health and physical abilities and follow the safety guidelines for those activities, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening your seatbelt, and wearing appropriate or designated clothing. We kindly ask tour members to avoid participating in these activities as much as possible during free time on the tour. If a tour member insists on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in recreational activities that may be illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals inside the wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with high crime rates, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
