[Booking Information]
1. The children's rate applies to children 12 years old and under; the infant rate applies to children under 3 years old.
2. Flights between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. are acceptable; for pickups or drop-offs outside this time frame, a surcharge of $20PP applies.
3. This product features pre-set itineraries. Customers may select from the pre-set options and customize their itinerary according to their needs at the time of booking. Once the order is confirmed, the order of the itinerary cannot be changed. Admission tickets to attractions and optional activities during the tour must be purchased collectively through the tour guide. All prices and admission fees are subject to the rates in effect on the day of the tour; prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Due to insufficient participation or weather conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary before or after departure, as well as to shorten or extend the trip.
6. The safety of tour participants is the direct responsibility of the respective transportation companies, hotels, and tourist attractions, and is not the responsibility of our company. We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance.

[Diving Guidelines]
1. Children under 12 are not permitted to go deep-sea diving.
2. No diving certification is required to participate in deep-sea diving; all sessions are led by professional instructors, with dives reaching depths of 6–10 meters.
3. Snorkeling can be physically demanding. Please do not push yourself beyond your limits. If you have taken any medication, please inform the staff.
4. Women who are pregnant or menstruating are advised not to go snorkeling or scuba diving.
5. Certified diving activities require a diving certification to participate, while snorkeling does not.
6. After a single deep dive in a day, it is recommended that you avoid flying at high altitudes for 12 hours.

[Tropical Rainforest Tour Information]
1. Rainforest Cable Car: Each Skyrail sightseeing ride takes about 90 minutes. The route includes stops at two stations: Red Peak and Byron Falls. You can get off the cable car to enjoy the rainforest scenery up close. Each stop takes 20 to 30 minutes. Restrooms are available at both Skyrail stations, and umbrellas are provided free of charge for visitors.
2. Scenic Train: The entire train ride takes 1 hour and 45 minutes. There are only two departures from Kuranda (at 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.), so please plan your itinerary accordingly: There is a stop called Freshwater Station on the return trip; visitors returning to Cairns should not get off at this station.

1. Once a product is reserved, it cannot be refunded or changed.
2. We recommend booking this product at least 2 weeks in advance.
