[Booking Information]

1. Whales are wild animals, so we cannot guarantee that you will see them, but our whale-watching tours have a success rate of 100%. Our staff will do their utmost to ensure that every whale-watching tour is an exciting and unforgettable experience.
2. To protect the interests of other passengers, please arrive 15 minutes early. The cruise ship cannot wait for extended periods, and anyone who is late will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited their spot. In such cases, no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
3. The whale-watching season runs from July through October.
4. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on board. Our day tours do not provide any childcare services; however, if you have any specific needs, please let our crew know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. During your tour of the Great Barrier Reef, you may be fortunate enough to spot some small reef sharks in their natural habitat. Since our cruising area is located within the “green zone”—a no-fishing zone in the Marine Park—fishing is prohibited. This means the sharks have an abundant food supply and pose no threat to humans. In addition, please be sure to note that it is prohibited to throw any trash into the ocean—even organic waste is no exception.
6. All tours are subject to weather conditions and minimum participation requirements, and may be subject to change based on conditions on the day of the tour. You may choose one of the following options for your reservation: select an alternative date or receive a full refund.
7. For your own protection, we recommend that guests purchase their own personal travel accident insurance for trips abroad.
8. Lady Musgrave Experience assumes no liability for any loss or damage to goods.
Lady Musgrave Experience reserves the right to change the vessel and/or the captain and crew, and shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or loss of or damage to property resulting from personal negligence.
