3. Upon arrival, please show your electronic confirmation (voucher) on your phone to the staff at the meeting point. Please arrive 20 minutes before the time specified in the confirmation.<\/p>\n

4. If the stargazing event is canceled due to weather conditions beyond our control, we will contact you promptly to issue a full refund.<\/p>\n

5. Since stargazing activities can only take place outdoors at night, it can feel quite chilly even in the summer. Therefore, we recommend that you wear warmer clothing than you would for daytime activities when participating in stargazing events. During the colder fall and winter months, our Chinese Stargazing Group will provide blankets to help you stay warm, but please be sure to bring your own hats, gloves, and other warm accessories to stay cozy.<\/p>\n

6. The stargazing tour may be canceled as early as half an hour before check-in. We recommend that you check the contact information you provided at the time of booking before leaving your accommodations. If you have not received a notification from us, please proceed to our stargazing location as originally planned.<\/p>\n

7. Please note that the telescopes at the University of Canterbury are actively used for scientific research. You may see the observatory dome moving around and catch a glimpse of the telescopes at work through the opening, but access to these private facilities is restricted.<\/p>\n
