[Transportation Itinerary]

If you choose a package that does not include a hotel, please make your own hotel reservations within the Surfers Paradise area.
For this product, you must book your own flights to and from the Gold Coast and provide your flight information so we can arrange airport transfers.

Flight Requirements
[Itinerary A & C] Day 1: Flights at any time; on the last day of the 3-day itinerary, please take a flight departing from the Gold Coast Airport after 5:30 p.m. (domestic segment within Australia)—transportation to the airport will be provided for all passengers; on the last day of the 4-day itinerary, transportation to the airport is available for flights at any time.
[Itinerary B] Day 1: Flights at any time; on the last day of the 3-day itinerary, please take a flight departing from the Gold Coast Airport after 5:30 p.m. (domestic segment within Australia)—transportation to the airport will be provided for all passengers; on the last day of the 4-day itinerary, transportation to the airport is available for flights at any time.
For airport transfers at any of the times listed above, a surcharge will apply if the transfer is before 7:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. Please contact the Operations Department for details.

[Booking Information]

1. The children's rate applies to children under 13 years of age; the infant rate applies to children under 3 years of age. If you need to accommodate three or more people in the same room, please contact customer service.
2. Guests must make their own way to the Q1 Observation Deck included in the itinerary; the tour guide will not accompany guests inside the Dream World theme park.
3. This itinerary is for reference only; the order of activities may change depending on actual circumstances, but the attractions included will remain the same.
4. Tickets for attractions and optional activities during the tour must be purchased through the tour guide. All prices and ticket rates are subject to the rates in effect on the day of the tour and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. The sightseeing times listed in the itinerary are for reference only; the driver may make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions.
6. Early departure from the tour or leaving the group midway through the trip will be considered a voluntary withdrawal. Our agency assumes no liability for any resulting losses. We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance.
7. The size of the vehicle for all day tours will be determined based on the number of participants on that day.
8. Refund and Change Policy: Please refer to the refund and change policy in the standard terms and conditions on this website.
9. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation.
10. On the second day, guests on Routes A and C may choose a one-day tour of Brisbane in place of the theme park tour; a surcharge applies for groups of fewer than 4 people. (AUD per person)

[Return and Exchange Policy]

1. Once a product is reserved, it cannot be refunded or changed.
2. We recommend booking this product at least 2 weeks in advance.
3. When placing your order, please include the departure date, the passport names of all travelers, and any dietary restrictions in the notes.
